About GRN HAUS Studio
GRN HAUS is a creative studio rooted in wellness. Photography, consulting, and operations for people building something worth sustaining — from a photographer and creative director who has done the work and learned what it costs.
The Mission
Good work requires good conditions. That's not a luxury — it's the whole point.
GRN HAUS is built on one conviction: that creativity is not a resource to be managed until it runs out. It is a living thing. It needs the right environment — structure, intention, sustainable pacing — to grow toward something real.
Every service here is designed with that in mind. Whether it's a brand session or a six-month consulting engagement, the work begins with the question: what does this actually need to thrive?
The studio travels widely and operates remotely by design — because the work we do for clients is built around sustainability, and that has to be true for how we work too.
What We Stand On
Six values. One GRN HAUS.
These aren't aspirational. They're operational. Every service, every client relationship, every decision in the studio runs through them.
Wellness
The work cannot cost you everything. Sustainable pacing, honest capacity, and rest as a creative practice.
Growth
The point of a greenhouse is not to stay inside it. We build for what comes next.
Authenticity
No performance, no pose. The work we make and the way we work are both honest.
Community
Good creative work doesn't happen in isolation. We're building something to give back to.
Creativity
Not a luxury. A fundamental need. We protect it like one.
EMpowerment
Clients leave knowing more than they came in with. That's part of the work too.

Creative Operations Consultant
Maya Brooks spent nearly a decade inside one of the most recognizable creative companies in the world — managing live entertainment productions, building field operations, and founding an internal mental health initiative that didn't exist before she made the case for it.
She left. What she learned about creativity, burnout, and the cost of making magic for someone else — and then building something of her own from the ground up — is what GRN HAUS is built from.
Today she runs GRN HAUS Studio as a creative operations consultant: brand photography, strategic consulting, and production management for people and organizations growing toward something real. The work is selective, sustainable, and designed with longevity in mind — for her clients and for herself.
